To honor everyone's time this is the schedule we will keep:

  • 9:30-10:00 AM Optional Social Time

  • 10:00 AM Opening Prayer

  • 10:05-10:50 AM: We will all take time to share as equally as possible. Options for sharing include: favorite chapter or verse from reading, interpretation, companion scriptures that complement the text, takeaways or application to life, how you identify with a particular character, how the reading has inspired you to be different, how the reading has inspired you to teach others, or you tell us. You can pass if you choose.

Journey to Freedom

An In-Person 5-Week God Centered Somatic Experience

Journey to Freedom is a 5-week in-person experience created to help you slow down, release what has been weighing you down, and reconnect with God in a gentle, embodied way.

This experience may be especially supportive if you feel emotionally or spiritually burdened, aspire to feel more connected to God, or are longing for space to slow down and experience something new. It is also meaningful for those who have previously participated in Journey to Freedom, as returning to these practices often reveals new insights and deeper layers of healing each time.

We will meet weekly in a supportive, faith-centered space to explore truth, cultivate awareness, and create room for healing and renewal.

Each Sunday gathering will include:

  • Teaching and reflection rooted in Scripture and spiritual insight

  • Guided meditation and journaling to help integrate what God is revealing

  • Gentle somatic movement, as time allows, to support nervous system regulation and emotional release

Between our weekly meetings, participants are encouraged to continue the practices at home using our online Journey to Freedom platform, allowing the experience to gently unfold throughout the week.
