A 1:1 session is a yoga class designed specifically to meet your needs. 1:1 sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes in length.
There are many benefits to a 1:1 session including the ability to:
ask questions in the moment
work on a specific area of the body
get focused attention for you and your needs

If group classes don't fit your needs we recommend you do on-demand videos at home and meet with an instructor once or twice a week for your personalized session.
What does God-Centered mean?
At The Well, we understand the importance of faith and spirituality. Our studio focuses on the trinity of God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus. While many yoga teachers use general terms to accommodate diverse beliefs, at The Well, our Christian teachers are encouraged to express their faith openly. They are welcome to refer directly to God, the Holy Spirit, and Jesus, and to incorporate scripture into their teachings if they choose. We aim to create a space where individuals can connect deeply with their faith while experiencing the healing benefits of yoga.
Are you therapists?
No, we are yoga teachers with lived experiences related to stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
