Movement and Flexibility For Seniors: 6 week Beginner Yoga Series

Ready to begin your yoga journey in a supportive, welcoming environment? This 6-week beginner series is the perfect way to get started.

Designed for seniors of all fitness levels, this series focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility, and calming the mind through gentle, intentional movement. Each class will guide you through foundational yoga postures and breathwork techniques with personalized instruction and encouragement.

Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply seeking a gentle way to move your body, this series is for you.

What to Expect:

• 6 weekly in-studio classes (Tuesdays at 11:30 am)

• A strong foundation in yoga basics

• Techniques to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and breath awareness

• A friendly and judgment-free atmosphere

• The confidence to continue your yoga practice beyond the series

All classes are beginner-friendly and modifications are offered throughout. Props are available at the studio—just bring yourself, a yoga mat, and a water bottle.
