For years, I struggled with anxiety, depression, and trauma, often feeling like I had to push through on my own. Yoga became a lifeline—more than just movement, it was a way to reconnect with my body, release pain, and find peace in the presence of God.
Through my practice, I discovered how much we hold in our bodies—stress, grief, fear, unspoken emotions—and how movement, breath, and faith can help us let go. I knew I wasn’t alone in this struggle, and I felt called to create a space where others could experience the same healing.
