This special 90-minute Gentle Yin and Meditation experience features live sound healing with Morgan Noel, who brings her beautiful collection of crystal bowls, a gong, and other vibrational instruments to support deep release and relaxation.
Each class will integrate gentleness and themes of embodiment, guiding students to mindfully and intentionally engage with yoga postures, breathing, and meditation practices. This approach aims to stabilize the mind, enhance self-awareness, and release physical and emotional tension.
The addition of Morgan's sound healing amplifies the calming effects of the practice, allowing you to melt into stillness and realign with your inner self through the power of vibration and resonance.
