Journey to Freedom is a 5-week online, self-paced healing program that integrates Christian spirituality, yoga and somatic movement, guided meditation, journaling, and community support.
This is a sacred space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and God’s truth. It’s a journey inward—with practical tools and spiritual practices that meet you right where you are.
Each week includes:
A short teaching video (10–15 min)
A movement or yoga practice (20–40 min)
A guided meditation or breathwork (5-20 min)
