Join us Friday, April 10 for a special 90-minute Gentle Yin experience with sound healing by Morgan Noel—one of The Well’s most loved practitioners. We are so grateful to welcome her back. With crystal bowls, chimes, and gong, Morgan creates a deeply calming and immersive experience.
Through gentle, long-held postures, breath, and meditation, you’ll be guided to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. The addition of sound helps quiet the mind and support deeper relaxation.
You’ll be invited to let go of what no longer serves you, awaken to possibility, connect to spirit, and return to yourself feeling grounded and renewed.
