At The Well Yoga Dubuque, our mission is to empower you to manage stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression through consistently practicing mindful movement such as yoga, stretching and somatic yoga as well as meditation.

Our NEW member program "Love Yourself" is designed to encourage you to show up for yourself, stay committed long-term, and experience transformative benefits along the way.

Here’s How It Works:

Commit to Your Practice:

Attend our studio or online classes at least 3 times a week.

Each month, complete the same well-being questions to help track your progress.

Earn Your Free Month:

After completing 3 consecutive months of consistent practice (3 times a week) and monthly surveys, you’ll receive a free month of yoga as our way of celebrating your dedication.

Unlock a Special Reward at 6 Months:

Continue your journey beyond the 1st 3 months. After a full 6 months (including your free month plus 2 additional paid months), you'll earn a free 30-minute massage at EVolve Day Spa—a rejuvenating treat to help you relax and further your healing.
