Stretching, Somatics and Meditation

Each class will integrate gentleness and themes of embodiment, guiding students to mindfully and intentionally stretch, breathe, move and meditate. This approach aims to stabilize the mind, enhance self-awareness, and release physical and emotional tension.


Each class will include the opportunity to awaken to your possibility, let go of what no longer serves you, connect to spirit, give thanks and become new.
