Ready to begin your healing journey in a supportive, welcoming environment? This 6-week beginner series is the perfect way to get started.


Designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, this series will cover Somatic yoga—an approach that integrates gentle, mindful movement with the principles of somatic therapy to deepen your body awareness, release tension, and cultivate emotional and physical well-being with personalized instruction and encouragement.

Whether you’re new to these concepts or already familiar with somatic practices and yoga, this series is for you.

What to Expect:

• 6 weekly in-studio classes (Tuesdays at 5:30 PM)

•Somatic foundations- Learn what somatic movement means, how it relates to therapy and yoga, and why it’s so powerful for creating a mind-body connection.

• Techniques to manage stress, trauma, anxiety and depression including mindfulness, breath awareness, and meditation

• A friendly and judgment-free atmosphere

• The confidence and tools to continue your practices beyond the series

All classes are beginner-friendly, and modifications are offered throughout. Props are available at the studio—just bring yourself, a yoga mat, and a water bottle.
