SOUND FAMILIAR?

You're not falling apart.
You're going through something real — and you deserve real support.

Hot flashes that disrupt your sleep, your work, your life — and no one warned you it would be this intense.

Mood swings, anxiety, and brain fog that make you feel like a stranger in your own body.

Doctors who dismiss your concerns or hand you a prescription without ever asking how you're really doing.

A deep longing to feel grounded, informed, and in control of your own health journey again.

You are not alone. And you don't have to figure this out by yourself.

Introducing: Own Your Menopause

This is not a lecture about hormones. This is a lived-experience workshop — grounded in yoga, breathwork, and somatic movement — created specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

You'll leave with a clear understanding of what your body is going through, practical tools to ease your symptoms, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing you have choices.

Whether you're in the thick of hot flashes, struggling with sleep, or just feeling "off" and not sure why — this workshop meets you exactly where you are.

Small group. Personalized support. No judgment. Just women, together.

YOUR 2-HOUR JOURNEY

A Full Experience, Thoughtfully Designed

Every minute of this workshop has been crafted to give you knowledge, relief, and community — all in one meaningful afternoon.

Part One~60 minutes

Understanding Your Menopause

Tina Spiegelhalter leads an open, honest conversation about what is actually happening in your body during perimenopause and menopause. No jargon, no shame — just clarity, compassion, and the knowledge you deserve. Hot tea and water will be provided as you settle in and connect with the women around you.

Led by Tina Spiegelhalter, Integrative Health Coach & Certified Menopause Specialist

Part Two45–60 minutes

Gentle Movement, Meditation & Sound Healing

Transition into a deeply restorative practice of gentle stretching and guided meditation — specifically designed to ease menopause symptoms and calm the nervous system. This session is elevated by live Sound Healing, with singing bowls and vibrational instruments that deepen your relaxation and support the body's natural healing response.

Sound Healing provided by Andrea Link, Phoenix Rising Healing

Included with your registration: Hot tea and water served throughout the workshop. All yoga props provided. No prior yoga experience needed — just come as you are.

Understand Your Body

Finally make sense of what's happening hormonally and physically — without the overwhelm. Knowledge is power, and you deserve both.

Find Symptom Relief

Yoga, breathwork, and somatic movement techniques that are clinically supported to ease hot flashes, anxiety, sleep disruption, and more.

Find Your Community

Be surrounded by women who get it. No need to explain yourself. No fear of judgment. Just honest conversation and genuine support.

Reclaim Your Confidence

Walk away with a personalized toolkit and the inner knowing that you are capable of navigating this transition on your own terms.

STILL WONDERING IF THIS IS FOR YOU?

Let's address the questions you might be afraid to ask.

Q

"I'm skeptical that yoga can actually help with menopause symptoms."

That's a fair question — and a great one. Research consistently shows that yoga and somatic practices reduce cortisol, regulate the nervous system, and ease vasomotor symptoms like hot flashes. This isn't just stretching. It's science-backed movement medicine designed for your body right now.

Q

"I'm worried I'll be the only one struggling or that I'll feel out of place."

Every woman in this room is here for the same reason. We intentionally keep enrollment small so you feel seen, not lost in a crowd. Our studio is a judgment-free space — always has been. You will belong here.

Q

"I'm not sure if my situation is 'bad enough' to warrant a workshop."

If you're experiencing any changes — physical, emotional, or mental — that feel confusing or disruptive, this workshop is for you. You don't have to be in crisis to deserve support. Early, informed action is the most empowering thing you can do.

Q

"I've never done yoga before. Is that okay?"

Absolutely. This workshop is designed for all experience levels. No flexibility required. No prior yoga experience needed. Just come as you are.

Why The Well Yoga Dubuque?

At The Well, we believe healing happens in community. We've spent years creating a space where women feel genuinely safe — to move, to breathe, to be honest about what they're carrying.

Our instructors bring both deep training and lived compassion to every class. We're not here to fix you. We're here to walk alongside you as you find your own way through.

This workshop is intentionally small — limited enrollment ensures you receive the personalized attention your journey deserves. We're not filling seats. We're building a circle.
